My photography serves as a link between my bird watching and my paintings as well as a visual record of my other interests in historic aeroplanes, classic and vintage racing cars.

Many of my photographs of birds were taken in our garden to which they are drawn by the feeders which I ensure are always topped up. Sunflower hearts are the favourite food of most of the birds that visit although there is niger seed for the Redpolls and peanuts for the Tits.

I hope you enjoy my images.

During March and April I have an exhibition of my paintings at Ulverscroft Grange near Markfield, Leicestershire. The Grange is part of the Shuttlewood Clarke charity and offers several shops as well as a tea shop with superb views over Charnwood Forest.

On the 3rd and 4th of May I shall be taking part in the Belper Arts Festival. More details nearer the time.
